Dr. Anthony J. Joseph is a professor at the University of Connecticut, where he teaches Clinical Infrastructure Protection in Homeland Security in the Master of Professional Studies/Homeland Security Leadership program. He has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, an M.S. in Safety Sciences, an M.S. in Environmental Pollution Control and a B.S. in Natural Sciences.
