Advanced Security Systems, based out of California, is a family owned and operated security and alarm monitoring company that takes pride in its customer relationships. So when President and CEO Chuck Petrusha noticed customer service wasn’t where it should be, he enlisted the help of the Ritz-Carlton company to train his employees and redefine Advanced Security’s service values.
